May See Care Share Monthly Update

In the May edition of the See Care Share Update, following on from Allergen Awareness Week, allergens remain our number one risk in our food service locations, so it is important we communicate with our customers every day, so we have launched our “Do you have an allergy – Please let me know” pin badges for our teams to wear to encourage conversation.  In terms of safety, we have seen an increase in aggression and violence incidents towards employees in some sectors, we recently updated the Violence at Work Risk Assessment and added two new Safety Task Cards into the Site Induction, so please ensure you teams are trained on these new task cards. Our take home safety this month encourages follows on from last month in terms of battery charging in our common uses, in particular E-Scooters and E-Bikes, we want you, your families and loved ones to ensure they are conducting suitable and safe charging and that they are using the E-Scooters and E-Bikes safely when on the road.
