November See Care Share Monthly Update
In the November edition of the See Care Share Update, we are asking that you conduct a review of your signage and noticeboard information. This is key information that is viewed by our front-line teams, and it is important it is relevant and up to date. We also have new See Care Share Boards available from Linney that will support this refresh and consistent look.
As we move into the new financial year, we are going to be launching a refresh of See Care Share in the next couple of months, so this month’s Safety Focus is on ensuring all team members understand the core Safety Behaviours that we want them to demonstrate in their units, and encourage them to be empowered to promote a positive culture and open and honest dialogue on safety. So please ensure all your teams are trained on the See Care Share Safety Conversation.
Our take home safety this month is based around winter driving, as the temperatures are dropping, there are several hazards to consider when driving on the roads at this time of year, so please share and encourage your teams to take these tips home with them for their family, friends and loved ones.
