Introduction

The ESS Management Controls Aberdeen Office Service Management Model, Service Delivery Plans and associated forms provide the procedures governing the operation of the Aberdeen Office to support the offshore crews in the provision of catering and support services to offshore installations and vessels, including those required by ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015.

The Service Management Model is controlled by the HSEQ Manager in conjunction with Management Review Meetings. 

A copy of the Compass Quality and HSE policy is displayed in the office and is explained to all new starts. HSEQ objectives are displayed on the notice board and are reviewed at Management Review Meetings.

The HSEQ Manager is responsible for document control for the Aberdeen Office Model, Service Delivery Plans, the Offshore Operating Manual and associated supporting documents.
