We know from the experiences of others that our organisation could also be seriously affected by an unforeseen incident such as accidents, food safety incidents, cyber-attacks, supply chain failures, terrorist attacks, extreme weather events and power failures.
The purpose of our business continuity plans is to ensure that our services are delivered to our clients with our best endeavours despite these disruptive events which could occur at our head offices or at our client sites.
