July 2023 See Care Share Update
In this month’s edition, we will begin to look at the 4 stages of psychological safety, beginning with inclusion safety. This month we have a particular Safety Focus on hot temperatures in the workplace, to ensure we are keeping our teams cool and hydrated through the hot summer weather. This month our Take Home Safety Moment is all about being safe when entertaining and doing a bbq at home for friends and family, so we can enjoy the sunshine and be safe.
