Manual Handling Train the Trainer
The course is delivered by a BTEC certified Compass HSE Manager and provides colleagues with the knowledge and skills to train their colleagues in Manual Handling where this forms a significant part of their job role. The training is aimed and supervisors or managers who are expected to train and inform their colleagues on the risks associated with manual handling tasks. The one-day course includes:
- Manual Handling – Legal requirements
- Manual Handling –Core Module
- Pushing and Pulling
- Team Lifting
- Awkward Loads
- Presentation Practical
Cost and Booking
There is no cost to attend the course however the unit will be required to cover the costs of any travel and accommodation. Please note: if someone drops out of attending the course with less than 5 working days’ notice or does not attend at all there will be a cross charge of £150 to the unit.
