Our policy is to work with our clients to ensure that our procedures and documentation meet their requirements. Compass Group provides support services to many of the UK's leading food manufacturers including 2 Sisters Food Group, Princes Foods and Arla Foods. Our clients supply ingredients and ready meals to many leading retailers and are subject to regular food safety auditing by their clients, external auditors and, of course, enforcement authorities. Food Safety Standards are critical to our clients business reputation, therefore it is essential that we support our clients by meeting the exacting standards set out within their own site rules, their clients codes of practice (for example, Marks and Spencer Code of Practice and Guidelines: Catering Facilities & Staff Amenities) and third party certification audits (British Retail Consortium: Food Safety Standard).
